基于有限元的汽轮机叶片动特性分析

第12卷第6期 2014年12月 中国工程机械学报 CHINEsE V01.12 No.6 Dec.2014 JOURNAL 0F CONSTRUcTl0N MACHINERY 基于有限元的汽轮机叶片动特性分析 兰 妮1,朱振华2,何玉灵3,乐 3.华北电力大学机械工程系, 河北保定071003) 英3 (1.中国核电工程有限公司深圳设计院,广东深圳518000;2 深能合和电力(河源)有限公司,广东河源517000; 摘要:对汽轮机叶片动特性进行了有限元分析计算,得到了在两种约束情况下的叶片前六阶固有频率及振型, 并进行了对比分析.首先采用Solid Edge ST2对叶片的叶身和叶根进行建模与装配,然后将模型导入ANSYS中 进行模态分析与计算.结果表明:在叶根与叶顶同时固定情况下,叶片的各阶固有频率值较仅叶根固定情况有较 大增长;仅叶根固定情况下,叶片各阶振型的变形位置主要位于叶身上部叶顶附*部位,而叶根与叶顶同时固定 情况下其主要变形位置则位于叶身中上部,且出汽端部位变形量要远大于进汽端变形量;不论何种约束情况,叶 片在较低阶数的振型大多为单一的扭转或摆动,随着阶数的增加而变为摆动与扭转共存的复杂情况. 关键词:汽轮机叶片;有限元;模态分析;固有频率; 振型 中图分类号:TK 264.1 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1672—5581(2014)06—0503—05 characteristic anaIySlS ot turbine tUrblne blade blade Dvnamic CharaCterlStlC UynamlC analysis of based on FEM L州M1,历U劢e竹.死伽2,协7‰.跣叼3,yUE M叼3 (1.SheIlzhen Design InStitute,China Nuclear Power Engineering co.,Ltd.,sheIlzhen 518000,China; 2.Shenzhen Energy Hopewell Power(Heyuan)Co.,Ltd.,Heyuan 517000,Chim; 3.DepartInent of Mechanical Engineering,Nortll Chim Electric Power UniVersity,Baoding 071003,chim) Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of the turbine blade based on FEM are investigated,and the natural are frequencies&vibration modes of the 18‘to 6th harmonics under two kinds of fixing conditions as presented well.The model of the blade body and the blade root a are firstly set up and assembled by Solid Edge ST2. Then the modelis imported to ANSYS for natural frequencies in the case further modal analysis.The calculated results show that the are of fixing the blade root and the blade top at the same time much larger than that of only fiXing the blade r00t.The main deformation concentrates at the top the case area of the blade in of only fixing the blade root,while the primary deformation is at the medium—top part of the blade of fixing the blade root and the blade top together.For the latter condition,the deformation of in the case the steam—input edge is much larger than that of the steam—output edge.Moreover,no matter which kind of fiXing condition,the vibration mode for the lower orders is either swinging higher orders the Vibration nlode is the combination of swinging and twisting.
